Serving the Entire Midwest
On Site Logging was created back in 1999 with a simple farm tractor and an old circular sawmill. This simple mill was responsible for a large number of timbers that were used locally to build many of the docks and marinas throughout Door County. It was at that time, with new laws taking effect, that Nick Uecker, owner of the young company, saw room for expansion. At that time the company made the shift from smaller jobs using simple equipment to larger-scale projects, which utilized state-of-the-art processors and forwarders.
